Enroll Online for the 2026-27 School Year
Westonka Public Schools K-12 online enrollment opens in November for the 2026-27 school year. New Westonka families are invited to enroll using the New Students Enrollment Portal. Existing Westonka families can enroll another child in Skyward Family Access.
Live outside Westonka School District boundaries?
A growing number of families join the Westonka district through open enrollment. Open enrollment is by application only; the deadline for applying for open enrollment every year is January 15. There is no tuition charged for open enrollment and transportation is available to some neighborhoods outside the district. If you’d like to enroll, please use the New Student Enrollment Portal.

Adventure Club Child Care
Adventure Club, Westonka’s leading before and after-school care program for children in kindergarten through 4th grade, offers optional supervised care before and/or after school.
Adventure Club offers a safe, nurturing environment staffed by educated and experienced professionals.

The Westonka Performing Arts Center hosts a variety of programming for the community. The 611-seat theater has an orchestra pit, vibrant public lobby with gallery/display space and all the bells and whistles of a professional theater.

Complete High School Redesign
High school renovations will improve learning spaces, expand vocational options, increase building safety and functionality, and build community pride through:
Redesigned building entrances to improve security and functionality both during and after school
Enlarged classrooms that allow for more collaborative work and flexible learning spaces, plus more appropriate space for mental health services
More space in heavily used and currently overflowing areas (cafeteria, weight training, parking)
Activities spaces that are high quality, forward-looking, and able to accommodate growth while instilling student and community pride
Expanded Vocational Programming
Westonka is expanding high school vocational options to include machining and nursing/emergency response programs, along with a carpentry extension to our current woods program. Increasing vocational options will:
Allow students to gain career-ready skills
Provide more career opportunities for students
Provide a trained workforce for local businesses
